Now Publisher of the Hair Portfolio, Perfect Wedding and Koi magazine, I started at Origin in 2001 as an Editorial Assistant on Koi, which goes some way to explain the inclusion of Koi in this unusual repertoire. Having learnt the craft of producing magazines thoroughly on Koi, I went on to edit Your Hair and Hair Ideas. The successful launches of Blonde Hair and Perfect Wedding then followed before the role of Publisher became a natural progression.
A strong leader with a focus on team building, I am passionate and supportive in equal measure. I expect the very highest standards and it is these standards that have enabled my portfolio to win numerous internal, professional and industry awards, including the prestigious PPA’s International Magazine of the Year for Hair Ideas. Koi and Hair Ideas have also grown to be clear market leaders within their category while my current challenge - to make Perfect Wedding the UK’s best-selling monthly wedding title – is already underway.
