Andy Healy

I started out in management consultancy but was soon drawn to the variety and excitement of magazines.  I spent six years at Future Publishing in sales, working on over 20 titles across computing, gaming, music and property and was Ad Manager for the Sony PlayStation titles.  I joined Origin in 2006 as Associate Publisher on BBC Homes & Antiques.  Three years and a Diploma in Publishing later, I’ve added 220 Triathlon, BBC History and Who Do You Think You Are? Magazine to my portfolio.  For me specialist press is a phenomenon like no other – the level of intense interaction between the magazines and readers, websites and visitors is exhilarating.  Helping people indulge in their passions and interests is great fun and I love playing a part in that process.
