Advertisement Manager - Homes & Antiques

Homes & Antiques, the upmarket homes title, is looking for a dynamic and creative Advertisement Manager to drive the title to new heights.
 
The successful candidate’s ultimate goal is to outperform the market by maximising all commercial opportunities across our print and online offering. They will become a well known figure in the industry by masterminding new business, in addition to growing and developing existing relationships with both clients and agencies alike.
 
As this is a high profile and demanding position, they will either be a successful Account Manager looking to move into an Ad Manager’s role or an existing Ad Manager in search of a new challenge.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Forecasting and Budgeting
Writing an ad strategy for the magazine
Delivering targeted yield and revenue
Providing strategic direction to classified sales executives and brand sales executives
Managing and developing to classified sales executives and brand sales executives
New Business/developing new revenue streams
Account Management
Preparing monthly reports detailing market share, performance against budget, year on year
